Chinese pyramids confirm that an advanced civilization existed on Earth more than 10,000 years ago!
LAS VEGAS, Aug. 14 – Despite repeated accounts and rumors of large ancient pyramids in China, archaeologists and bureaucrats have long refused to acknowledge their presence. Their existence isn’t mentioned in Chinese schools and they are considered a state secret.
“The 100 white pyramids of China are indeed forbidden,” an anonymous source living near the area told a Raelian Guide. A statement released this morning by the International Raelian Movement confirmed that the structures are unknown to the public and may not be entered.
“Even archaeologists or scientists are prohibited to go near them, since they are primarily considered a national secret,” the source explained.
But the significance of the Chinese pyramids can’t be denied much longer.
“According to the few archeologists who have approached the site, these Chinese pyramids are located at the same latitude as the pyramids of Egypt,” she said. “And some walls of the 500-meter-high Pyramid of Uyghur are covered with words in a proto-Turk language. These are indications that these structures aren’t just tombs for the ancient kings of the region, as some people speculate, but much older structures that share a common origin with the world-famous pyramids of Egypt and Central America.”
According to Raelian philosophy, all human beings on Earth and all of its other life forms were created by highly advanced scientists from another planet known as the Elohim.
“They used advanced genetic engineering techniques to create us in their own image, and they also helped our early ancestors by leaving some of their knowledge behind,” said Brigitte Boisselier, spokesperson for the Raelian Movement.
“Incredible pyramids aren’t found only in Egypt and South America,” Boisselier added. “New evidence today indicates their presence in various places in Asia, too, such as in China, Cambodia and underwater off the coast of Japan. In fact, there is a wide network of these exceptional stone monuments, all of which show advanced knowledge of astronomy and engineering techniques. Some archeologists agree that they date back to 10,000 B.C., which indicates the presence in antiquity of a highly advanced civilization. While that civilization isn’t yet acknowledged by mainstream historians, our Raelian scriptures describe it extremely well!”
Boisselier said political and academic authorities attempt to hide, deny or rationalize away these structures that defy mainstream explanations.
“That’s understandable when we consider what their existence implies,” she said.
“Acknowledging the presence, astounding sophistication and enormous age of these pyramids would mean rewriting human history. More importantly, it means that all the religious books would need to be rewritten. Opening China for more research will precipitate the end of all the monotheist religions, just as predicted by Rael, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement. And nothing could make us happier!”

GoTopless denounces Toronto’s discrimination of Ontario provincial law protecting women’s topless rights
TORONTO, Aug 13th - As GoTopless organizes its 5th year of protests worldwide for women’s equal topless rights, many women will gather in the streets of Toronto to expose the city’s discrimination of women’s topless rights established in 1996.
Last year, the Toronto Parks, Forestry and Recreation Department has refused to issue the local chapter of GoTopless a permit for their rally on the grounds that the topless women participating in the event would violate the “proper attire”, code that it is still in effect this year.
Sylvie Chabot a Raelian woman priest, head of GoTopless in Canada reacted by saying: “The rule is in pure contradiction with the provincial ruling of 1996 that officially granted women the right to go topless in the province of Ontario.” (ref: Gwen Jacob was acquitted on December 9, 1996 by the Ontario Court of Appeal, http://www.gotopless.org/files/2012-07/Queen_vs_Jacob.pdf )
“If ‘proper attire’ means that women have to hide their chest in Toronto’s public parks and beaches, then men must be forced to do the same on the basis of gender equality!” Chabot added, referring to the very constitutional argument Maitreya Rael, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement, made as he founded GoTopless in 2007.
“All or none, Toronto!” exclaimed Chabot and added that the men participating in the rally would be wearing a bikini top to support gender topless equality in the current discriminatory legal climate.
GoTopless notices this sort of contradictory ruling not only in Toronto but also in other provinces where women’s topless rights are in effect. Words like ‘proper attire’ or ‘disturbing the peace’ are commonly used to effectively annul their topless rights.
“These are the result of obsolete religious morals that continue to hinder women’s rights in Canada and abroad. They must be denounced and abolished once and for all.” said Chabot.
GoTopless is calling on all men and women to join them on Sunday August 26 and to claim true gender equal topless rights in Toronto.
The protest will begin near Ashbridges Bay Park at 1:00 pm starting at Kew Beach Avenue where it meets Lakeshore Blvd. East (just south of Queen Street East). Visit www.gotopless.org for further information.
The public is also invited to sign the following petition: (http://www.thepetitionsite.com/7/womens-rights-to-go-topless-in-toronto-parks/) to have the Toronto Municipal Code modified in accordance with the 1996 Ontario Court of Appeal ruling.

Rael awards Miko Peled ‘Honorary Guide for Humanity’ title
LAS VEGAS, Aug. 12 – According to a statement released this morning by the International Raelian Movement (IRM), Rael, spiritual leader of the IRM, has awarded Miko Peled the title ‘Honorary Guide for Humanity’ “for his lifelong dedication to the goal of tearing down the separation wall and transforming the Israeli apartheid system into a secular democracy, where Israelis and Palestinians will live as equal citizens.”
“Peled conveyed these thoughts in his book ‘The General’s Son,’” said Brigitte Boisselier, spokesperson for the IRM.
Born in Jerusalem to a Zionist family, Peled is the son of an Israeli general who later became a peace activist.
“He has now taken over his father’s legacy and advocates the creation of a single state between Palestine and Israel, a form of sanctuary possible only if Israel gives up the idea of Jewish dominion over this entire region and its resources,” Boisselier said, adding that Peled’s statements echo Rael’s repeated call for the end of the “Israeli apartheid” and his hope for the appearance of “a Jewish Gandhi.”
In a 2009 declaration, Rael said: “The State of IsRael has to disappear and be replaced by a Palestinian state in which Jews and Palestinians can live in harmony, where the two peoples will mutually accept the Right of Return for both the Jews and the Palestinians of the respective diasporas in a sweeping effort of mutual forgiveness, which will be the most beautiful example of love and fraternity conceivable for all of humanity.”
“The massacre between the sons of Abraham, between Israeli and Palestinian brothers, has to end,” Rael emphasized. “How can descendants of the Shoah confine other human beings to jail towns that are nothing but concentration camps?”
Rael’s position is that Palestinians are being denied all human rights.
“They’re being treated as the Jews were treated by the Nazis and as blacks were treated [in South Africa] during Apartheid,” he said.
Boisselier said Jerusalem and the region of Israel-Palestine is very important to Raelians.
“Rael has been asked by the Elohim, the advanced scientists who created life on earth and were mistaken for gods by our ancestors, to build an embassy near Jerusalem where they had their first laboratory,” Boisselier said, adding that the Elohim were clearly mentioned in the Bible. “But who would like to be welcomed in such a violent and racist state?”
Boisselier said Honorary Guide Miko Peled’s work to end to the region’s mayhem and violence is commendable.
“He can be assured of the full support of the more than 70,000 members of the Raelian Movement,” she said.

Rael awards Salman Khan ‘Honorary Guide for Humanity’ title
LAS VEGAS, Aug. 11 – Rael, spiritual leader of the International Raelian Movement, has honored Salman Khan, founder of the Khan Academy, by awarding him the title “Honorary Guide for Humanity.”
“This title has been given to only about 50 people, each of whom has acted in a way that brings humanity to a higher level of love and consciousness,” explained Brigitte Boisselier, Ph.D., spokesperson for the Raelian Movement. “Placing principles over profit, as Salman Khan did when he created the Khan Academy to revolutionize the education system and offer knowledge to all, paves the way for a better humanity, which is exactly what a Raelian Guide does.”
“In a recent address to the MIT students, Salman Khan talked about a few principles that govern his life,” Boisselier added. “His principles are in full agreement with the Raelian philosophy. He believes in being ‘delusionally positive’ and in smiling with all of his being; in surrendering his ego to keep harmony; in enjoying the rhythm of life; in thinking during moments of stress about the immensity of the universe and the creatures on other planets looking at other stars; and finally, in building through empathy. These are typical Raelian thoughts, and they’re always pleasant to witness in others!”
Boisselier said honorary Raelian Guides add hope for humanity’s future.
“He also encourages people to ‘optimize’ their lives; to increase the amount of positivism in the world; to increase the world’s net happiness; to empower and validate others; and to be a source of positivity,” she said. “More than 70,000 members of the Raelian Movement have dedicated their lives to elevating humanity. They wish Honorary Guide Khan a wonderful future and look forward to his next creative accomplishments.”

Rael: ‘I ask peace lovers worldwide to help destroy nuclear weapons and I ask Truman's descendants to apologize for the worst crime ever committed against humanity!’
TOKYO, August 5 - Rael, spiritual leader of the International Raelian Movement, was asked in a recent interview to comment about the upcoming Raelian New Year celebration on August 6.
“We’re indeed about to celebrate the Raelian New Year, which will take place exactly 67 years after the Hiroshima genocide [on August 6, 1945],” Rael said. “Harry Truman is the worst criminal of all time against humanity because he gave the order to bomb two Japanese cities that were clearly civilian objectives. He did so in violation of the rules of war and his orders caused the instant killing of 300,000 innocent civilians, including elderly people and children. Even Adolf Hitler didn’t kill that many civilians with two bombs!”
“Pretending that he saved lives by shortening the war when he ordered the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki makes the crime even more horrific,” Rael added. “It’s like saying that it’s okay to sacrifice the lives of innocent civilians to save the lives of military personnel. If it had been the other way around and the Japanese army had dropped atomic bombs on New York and Los Angeles ‘to make the war shorter,’ would the American people feel it was a good thing then? I ask peace lovers around the world to make every country destroy all its nuclear weapons, starting with the United States, the only country that has used them against civilian targets. And shame on Truman’s descendants that they haven’t apologized for such monstrous acts.”
“Raelian gatherings are planned for August 6 in most major cities around the world,” said Brigitte Boisselier, Ph.D., spokesperson for the Raelian Movement. “On that day we officially welcome new Raelian members and remember the most horrendous day in human history. We need to remember what happened that day to ensure that nothing like that ever happens again. And this year’s celebration will also be the time to promote the ‘one minute for peace campaign’ launched by Maitreya Rael so we can achieve a peaceful planet faster, one peaceful minute at a time.”

GoTopless vows to hold Asheville demonstration as conservatives attempt to block it
ASHEVILLE, N.C., July 31 – With local conservatives attempting to block an upcoming August 26 demonstration by women’s rights organization GoTopless in Asheville, N.C., GoTopless today released a statement declaring its resolve to continue fighting for gender equality under the Constitution, including the right to freely and legally go publicly topless as men do.
“We plan to hold our scheduled event in Asheville,” said GoTopless President and Spokesperson Nadine Gary. “It’s especially important that our message be heard there because some local politicians are making false accusations against our organization for their own purposes.”
She said Asheville conservatives, led by Carl Mumpower and Chad Nesbitt, recently sent a draft resolution to city officials in hopes of thwarting the August 26 event.
“Their resolution stated that last year’s GoTopless rally included, among other things, activities involving sexual performances, fondling of breasts, direct participation by underage minors, and exposure of minors to sexual acts. “These are absurd accusations and they are completely false.”
Mumpower is using the accusations as a political springboard, according to Gary.
“To further his political ambitions, he’s taking our event grossly out of context,” she said. “Our upcoming demonstration is just that, a demonstration, and further, it’s a demonstration of something that is perfectly legal in Asheville. In fact, the right to go topless should be acknowledged as a woman’s constitutional rights across the United States.”
She said walking topless in the streets of Asheville has nothing to do with sexuality.
“It is Mr. Mumpower and the other opposing conservatives who are trying to turn our event into something blatantly sexual when it’s not,” Gary said. “This is exactly the point we’re trying to make by having the demonstration. Women are currently forced to hide their breasts because men like Mr. Mumpower can’t look at them without thinking of something sexual. Well, we’re sorry, Mr. Mumpower, but we won’t hide our breasts because of your sexual hang ups.”
GoTopless is an offshoot of the International Raelian Movement (rael.org), a worldwide champion of human rights.
“Our aim is to highlight women’s constitutional rights, since men already have the right to go shirtless in public,” Gary said. The entire point of our demonstrations is to emphasize the principle of gender equality. If women have to wear a top, so should men. The Constitution says nothing whatsoever about gender distinctions for clothing.”
Gary said many people across the country already support the GoTopless cause.
“Centuries of patriarchal, top-down religious education have trained women to be subservient to men, to be only child bearers and homemakers and to remain chaste,” Gary said. “We must remember that it was less than 100 years ago that women finally won the right to vote in this country. Today, their emancipation is expanding to all aspects of life. Those who don’t want these rights for themselves can always turn them down. They can decide not vote, or decide not to do some of the jobs men do, and they can decide not to go topless. But neither they nor anyone else should try to impose these personal decisions on other women. That’s simply unconstitutional.”

Columbia, Mo. police officer confirms city to be legally topless - GoTopless plans additional rally there on Aug. 26
LAS VEGAS, July 28 - GoTopless, a women’s rights organization fighting for female constitutional rights to go topless in public on the basis of gender equality, is moving to include the city of Columbia, Mo., as a rally location for its 5th annual GoTopless Day on August 26. The date was selected to honor and coincide with Women’s Equality Day.
“Sergeant Jill Schlude of Columbia’s police department confirmed in a July 24 phone call that Missouri is one of several legally topless states,” said Nadine Gary, president of GoTopless. (See http://gotopless.org/topless-laws for a map showing current legally topless states.)
“Sergeant Schlude was specific when she told me there are no indecent exposure laws in Missouri,” Gary said. “Although she mentioned a statute that addresses ‘sexual misconduct,’ she emphasized that a woman going bare breasted in public wouldn’t be breaking the law unless she were also involved in a lewd or sexual act at the time.”
Schlude sometimes has to educate fellow police officers on this aspect of Missouri law to prevent wrongful arrests, according to Gary.
“Officers need to know current law,” Gary said. “Otherwise, women will continue to suffer the indignity of being arrested for something that’s perfectly legal, and cities will continue to be sued for wrongful arrests.”
She said GoTopless encourages all women in Missouri to exercise their topless rights.
“We urge them to go topless not only on Aug. 26 but on any other day!” Gary said. “Men don’t think twice about removing their shirts on hot summer days, and women shouldn’t have to think about it either!”
Maitreya Rael, human rights activist and spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement (rael.org), founded GoTopless in 2007 to fight against “unconstitutional, gender-biased laws that eliminate topless rights for women in most U.S. states.”
“Since then, women have become increasingly resentful of this gender discrimination,” Gary said. “They’re standing up for their topless rights by adopting our GoTopless motto: ‘Free your breasts! Free your mind!’”
“Outdated, rigid morality is often the source of topless inequality, but that mindset is a personal, subjective matter that has never swayed our Constitution,” said Donna Newman, a native Missourian and spokesperson for GoTopless. “It must also be kept from stifling our local laws.”

GoTopless to Facebook: “Stop violating women’s constitutional rights by having community double standards for bare-chested photos!”
LAS VEGAS, July 27 – In a statement released today, GoTopless, a nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving women’s rights to go topless publicly under gender equality provisions of the U.S. Constitution, said the Facebook account of GoTopless President Nadine Gary has again been frozen for posting a picture that allegedly violated Facebook’s pornography and nudity community standards.
Gary says she complied with those standards: the picture of her otherwise nude torso was edited to conceal her nipples behind big, red Xs.
“But the edited photo somehow still failed to meet the unspoken, stricter limitations on displays of nudity that Facebook imposes,” Gary explained, adding that she posted the photo to highlight an account of Microsoft’s “big boob” code gaffe (See http://gotopless.org/news.php?extend.62)
“Freezing my account for supposedly violating Facebook policy was based on complaints by morals-stricken Facebook users, but it’s unconstitutional,” Gary said. “It’s discrimination that violates women’s constitutional topless rights – the very thing GoTopless is fighting!”
GoTopless was founded in 2007 by spiritual leader and human rights activist Rael, founder of the International Raelian Movement (see rael.org).
“He founded GoTopless to demand constitutional topless equality,” Gary explained. “His stance is simple: either women can legally go topless or men must be forced to hide their chests.”
She said applying that rule at Facebook would mean that either topless photos of men likewise be banned from the site (which presently bans photos of nude female chests but permits those of men) or that topless photos of women also be allowed.
Gary said GoTopless is organizing rallies in many U.S. cities and in other countries for Women’s Equality Day, Aug. 26.
“These rallies will denounce the unconstitutional, topless inequality of the sexes,” Gary explained. “It’s mostly based on outdated religious morality that still pervades our laws and community standards. Change is way overdue!”
She said women worldwide face “double standard treatment” about their bodies.
“In Sudan, they’re publicly whipped for wearing trousers, which men freely wear,” Gary pointed out. “But here in the United States, women are criminalized for going topless, while men are allowed to. These two situations violate the same principle of gender equality!”
“Our Constitution guarantees gender equality and we’re determined to fight for it at every level,” Gary said. “Private companies like Facebook aren’t above the law and they must comply.”

Finding society at fault for Microsoft’s ‘big boobs’ coding gaffe, GoTopless.org plans additional topless marches on Aug. 26
LAS VEGAS, July 24 – When a program code used by Microsoft in one of its programs was recently found to contain a hexadecimal string (0xB16B00B5) too close to the phrase “big boobs” to be coincidence, public complaints by users who detected the combination prompted an apology by Microsoft.
According to the Microsoft statement, the spelling of the offending string will be changed. Meanwhile, a debate has ensued about the possible sexist attitude of the coders who created the suggestive string.
“We’re really appalled at the whole story, which is a good example of why we’ll be going topless in the streets on August 26,” said Nadine Gary, president of GoTopless.org.
“If these men had grown up surrounded by women who were allowed to show their breasts like men do, they wouldn’t be making derogatory comments about female anatomy. We’re not feeling offended by coders who wrote ‘big boobs’ into their code; we’re offended that the phrase is considered offensive when writing ‘big feet’ into it wouldn’t have made it to any forum. Our society really needs to be educated on this subject, so there will be lots of boobs out on August 26 to help make our point clear.”
Gary said GoTopless is preparing for its 5th annual topless marches around the country, with events scheduled in New York, Washington, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Asheville, N.C., and elsewhere.
(To see a complete list of the organization’s scheduled topless marches, check the “boobmap” at www.gotopless.org.)
“Our GoTopless marches have attracted a lot of support over the last few years, along with a few complaints, mainly from conservative religious groups,” Gary said, adding that some of the criticism is somewhat humorous.
“The funniest opponents we’ve had so far are in Asheville, North Carolina, where a local politician created the association ‘GoBrainless’ to counter our GoTopless action,” Gary added. “We find this hilarious, that he is indeed obviously going brainless while we go topless, and his brainlessness shows. We hope our coming appearance in Asheville will help him recover his brains and overcome his boob phobia.”

Istkov’s avatar project: a step toward human immortality as predicted by Rael
LAS VEGAS, July 23 – According to a statement released today by the International Raelian Movement (IRM), Rael, the IRM’s founder and spiritual leader, has expressed enthusiastic support for Russian entrepreneur Dmitry Itskov, who recently announced his intent to proceed with an avatar project that will offer billionaires the means to transplant their brains into robot bodies within 10 years.
“According to several sources, Itskov has hired 30 scientists to reach this goal,” said Brigitte Boisselier, spokesperson of the International Raelian Movement. “And he hopes to collaborate with the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is already researching ways for troops to control androids by using their minds.”
But this concept is nothing new to Raelians, she said.
“Transplanting a brain into a new body is one of the exact steps toward human immortality Rael described almost 40 years ago,” Boisselier explained. “He made this specific prediction in his book ‘Intelligent Design,” published in 1974, and then elaborated on it in another book, ‘Yes to Human Cloning,’ published in 2001.”
According to Boisselier, the possibility of reaching eternal life through cloning (the scientific re-creation of a human being) plus a personality upload into the new cloned body is one of the tenets of the Raelian philosophy. But it has yet to gain wide societal acceptance, she said.
“Our viewpoint on human cloning prompted huge debates and a legal ban on human cloning 10 years ago, when the first human clone was about to be born,” Boisselier stated. “For Raelians, there is no god and no afterlife in heaven. We human beings were created by highly advanced, extraterrestrial human scientists. But some things were left for us to do on our own. The only way we will live forever is to scientifically recreate our bodies and personalities on this Earth that is meant to be our paradise.”
Boisselier, who heads two companies, Clonaid and Stemaid, said that most of the scientific advances predicted by Rael, including human cloning, traveling faster than the speed of light, and witnessing still smaller particles within what was formerly considered to be the smallest, are all happening now, just as planned.
“Rael’s prophecies, dismissed as science fiction fantasies not so long ago, were meant to become reality before 2035, the time at which we will know all major scientific principles,” she said. “We’re grateful to entrepreneurs like Istkov for their help in making that happen even sooner. The cloning specialists at Clonaid, a company based on Rael’s prophecies, would be more than happy to collaborate with the Avatar scientists.”
